General overview of my work and pricing ranges.

Wrought Iron Fencing
- Due to current steel price fluctuations, we are not able to give a rough estimate of prices at this time. For more information, please call us.
Custom Gate Fabrication
- $1,000 and Up
  - This price can vary greatly depending on the design of the gate and material used. Additionally, current steel prices are increasing rapidly. Most custom gates, including hinge/stop posts, average around $3,000 dollars.
Gate Opener Repair/Maintenance
- $82.50/hour + Travel + Parts
  - We add the time of travel from our location to yours for one direction. For example, if you are 30 minutes away and we are on-site for 1 hour, you would be charged $123.75 for the service call. This allows us to cover our expense of getting to and from your job. (ONE HOUR MINIMUM)
  - Each additional hour over 1 hour is charged at the flat rate of $82.50.
Gate Opener Installation
- Our price to install our gate openers is included with the price of the gate opener when you receive your bid. If you already purchased a gate opener and simply need someone to install it, please call us for more information.
Trenching
- $3.00 per foot and Up
  - Price is subject to change due to specific site conditions and needs.
  - Cost to cover trench is not included.
  - $200 dollar minimum charge on all trenching.

Residential Gate Openers (cost to install NOT included): $1,250+
- This price is for the basic operator only and does not include any accessories or installation.
- Residential openers are a great option for most single-family homes or weekend retreats. Ultimately, the size of the gate and number of cycles per day are a few of the determining factors when choosing a gate opener. In most instances we can install a residential opener and all accessories in one day.
- Can be A/C or solar powered.

Commercial/Industrial Gate Openers (cost to install NOT included): $2,250+
- This price is for the basic operator only and does not include any accessories or installation.
- These openers are generally used in high traffic areas or on large gates. Though normally reserved for businesses, there are numerous instances of commercial gate openers on residential properties- whether to account for traffic, gate size, or just for an increased warranty on the equipment.
- Most installations on these openers take 2+ days given the amount of labor involved.
- Can be A/C or solar powered.

REMOTE CONTROLS: $25+
- These are handy to have in your vehicles, ATVs, motorcycles, etc.
- We also offer 2, 3, and 4 button remote options, which in most cases can be programmed to multiple gates (or even your garage door openers!).

KEYPADS: $145+
- We offer a full range of keypad options from WIRELESS to WIRED options.
- Each of our keypads offer different advantages and it’s best to discuss your specific needs to determine which keypad will work best for you and your budget.

VEHICLE DETECTORS: $250+
- These detectors are buried BELOW GROUND and offer a clean and simple way for visitors to exit the property.
